Is artificial intelligence billed separately?
No. Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of AI credits. There is no second AI subscription to buy.
What is an AI credit?
One credit equals one reply on the Standard tier. Cheaper tiers consume less and stronger tiers consume more — the Artificial Intelligence page lists the cost of each tier.
Which channels are capped by plan?
Only WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook count as social channels, and each plan includes a set number of them. Website chat, email and Telegram are unlimited on every plan and cost nothing extra.
Who bills WhatsApp conversations?
Meta does. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and get invoiced by Meta directly. Klyro does not resell or mark up conversation fees.
Can I add more users?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of users and you pay a monthly rate for every additional one, which gets cheaper as the plan grows.
What happens when credits run out?
The AI keeps answering on the cheapest tier your plan allows, and only once the balance is truly empty does the conversation go to your team. You can turn on the monthly boost or buy a one-off pack at any time.
What do I get with annual billing?
You pay twelve months upfront with a 20% discount on the monthly price.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans are prepaid and you can cancel whenever you need to.
Can I integrate with other systems?
Yes. From the Pro plan onwards the platform offers an open REST API and webhooks for external integrations.
Which payment methods are accepted?
