Terms and Privacy Policies

We collect registration data, platform usage data and communication data exchanged through connected channels.

We use your data to provide and operate the omnichannel service, authenticate users and comply with legal obligations.

We share data only with essential providers. We never sell personal data. Klyro is not a Meta BSP; sharing with Meta-related providers occurs only through integrations configured by the Client.

Klyro offers SMS as an outbound channel: notifications, alerts and campaigns sent by the contracting company. Two-way customer-service conversations normally run on our other channels. Messages are sent through Klyro's cloud messaging infrastructure on behalf of that company, which remains the data controller for its own contacts.

On our AWS-based SMS route, each message is prefixed with the name of the company sending it, so the recipient can identify who is contacting them. Klyro does not send marketing SMS on its own behalf: the contracting company defines the audience of every message and its content, or the automation that produces it.

The contracting company is responsible for holding a lawful basis and the recipient's consent for the messages it sends, under the applicable data protection law — Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, where it applies, the GDPR. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP: our messaging provider blocks that number at network level, and any number recorded as opted out in Klyro is blocked before every send, in conversations and in campaigns alike. Message and data rates may apply from the recipient's carrier.
